We took a trip to Joliet, Illinois last week to visit long-time friend and business partner Connie Knauer in preparation for an upcoming ad campaign featuring our strong dealer network.

As we toured their facility we were truly amazed with the quality of their vaults.

For nearly 40 years, the Knauer family has built their reputation in the Chicagoland area. Nearly every vault that leaves their plant has been touched by an owner's hands.

New Healing Tree support trays

 

A few dealers shared their concern about keeping the Healing Tree carapace flat while filling it with concrete. In response to this great feedback, we have created a new Healing Tree lid pouring support tray.  

The tray has a cut out that holds the raised tree shape while keeping the entire carapace level and secure while the concrete sets. A wooden insert fits into the cut out so it can be used for pouring flat caps as well.

A new church window support tray is also available.

Watts Vault & Monument Co. adds value to Healing Tree® ceremonies

Our friends at Watts Vault and Monument Co. have recently found a way to add even more value to Healing Tree ceremonies.

At the graveside, permanent markers are placed on the vault. After the poem has been read and Memory Rings™ have been passed around, the funeral director invites everyone to write a few words as a final good-bye directly on the vault lid.

The Watts family said the idea has been a success, adding value to the graveside service while providing families an opportunity to write a final message to their loved ones.
